Whether you’re an experienced pet parent or a new one, we've designed every step of our appointment process to make it easier to listen to you and provide the care your pet needs, when they need it.
Book your appointment. Schedule online for an easy and convenient way to find an appointment that works for you. Or give your local hospital a call if you prefer.
Gather your pet’s records. If your pet has been seen at a vet before, please bring their medical and vaccine history — as well as a list of any medications they’re currently taking — to their first Lovet appointment. If you don’t have it, don’t worry! We can reach out to your previous vet during your appointment.
Get your pet ready to go. Make sure they’re in a carrier or leashed and, if they’re a puppy or kitten, make sure to bring a stool sample for testing.
Arrive at Lovet. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time, so that our front desk can go over important information with you.
Get comfortable! Don’t hesitate to ask for anything you or your pet needs, whether that’s help getting from the car to our office or just a bottle of water.
Talk to your vet. Our appointments are designed to quickly address your top concerns for your pet. If there’s anything you want to emphasize, make sure to bring it up to your vet.
Lovet is there when pet parents need us most with a wide range of services: from urgent care to routine wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, and surgery. Our commitment to professional and compassionate vet care is rooted in your and your pet's needs. We're here to listen to your questions, address your concerns, and get to know your pet and their medical history. If you’re looking for expert care, convenience, and comfort for you and your pet, you’ll Lovet here.

Yes, we do! Check with our hospitals for more details.
We take all credit cards, checks, Afterpay, CareCredit, and cash. We also have payment plans to make vet care more accessible to all our patients.
All Lovet clinics are open 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. Hospital hours vary location to location. Visit our locations page to see hours for all of our hospitals.
Dogs and cats age faster than humans, leading to significant health changes over a shorter time period. For puppies and kittens, it is recommended to have regular veterinary visits every 3-4 weeks until they are about 6 months old. In their adult years, dogs and cats should have annual check-ups. Once pets reach 7-9 years of age, it's advisable to increase the frequency of vet visits based on their specific health needs.
