How do I sign my pet up for Lovet Membership?
At this time, your pet can only be enrolled in Lovet Membership in our hospitals. Give us a call, come by, or sign up at your next appointment.
Does Lovet Membership apply to all my pets?
One Lovet Membership applies to one pet. If you’ve got more than one pet at home and would like to purchase multiple memberships, we offer multi-pet discounts (at $139 per additional pet for Annual and $750 per additional pet for Lifetime) so the whole family can enjoy the benefits and savings of Lovet Membership!
Does Lovet Membership work across all Lovet locations?
Lovet Membership is only available at our Fulton Market hospital location in Chicago, IL at this time.
Does Lovet Membership auto-renew? How do I cancel Lovet Membership?
Lifetime memberships are active for the lifetime of the enrolled pet after a one-time payment. Annual memberships which are not on a payment plan are renewed annually on the date when they were first initiated. Annual memberships on a payment plan are not eligible to be auto renewed. If you’d like to cancel your membership at any time, please contact your vet team.
Can I use Lovet Membership with this promo I saw?
Limited time, seasonal, or other promotional offers cannot be combined with Lovet Membership discounts.
When can I start using Lovet Membership?
Lovet Membership is active from the first day of enrollment. That means you can use it to unlock discounts and benefits during the same appointment where you sign up!
Can I upgrade from an annual membership to lifetime?
Yes! If you have an active annual membership, we’ll apply the current year’s payment as a credit toward your one-time lifetime membership payment.
